Office Manager — Amsterdam Integration Facility

About the role

We're hiring an Office Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our Amsterdam integration facility. This is a hands-on, logistics-heavy role at the heart of our shipping, fulfillment, and inventory operations. The right person is exceptionally organised, comfortable wearing several hats, and able to keep a busy facility running smoothly.

There's genuine room to grow here. For candidates with technical aptitude — and especially data center experience — the position can expand to include travel and hands-on technical work in the field. An experienced data center technician is an ideal candidate.

Core responsibilities

Shipping & receiving — manage inbound and outbound logistics, coordinate carriers, prepare packages, and ensure accurate, on-time deliveries.
Order fulfillment — pick, pack, and process orders end to end, keeping turnaround tight and error rates low.
Website sales & auction management — list, manage, and monitor sales across our website and auction channels, including pricing, descriptions, and buyer communications.
Inventory management — maintain accurate stock records, run regular counts, keep the warehouse organised, and flag reorder needs.
General office management — keep the facility organised and running efficiently, handling administrative and operational tasks as they arise.

Travel & technical work (depending on experience)

Depending on technical experience, this role can include travel to assist with hands-on technical work in data centers — equipment installation, cabling, integration support, and related tasks. The scope of travel and technical involvement scales with the candidate's skills and interest. Availability to travel is a huge asset.

Hours, terms & compensation

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional late evenings and weekends.
Time off: flexible.
Type: full-time contract.
Compensation: commensurate with experience.
Location: on-site at our Amsterdam, Netherlands integration facility.
